Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of rice

  • 1 onion, minced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

  • Half a cup of pine nuts

  • Half a cup of currants

  • Half a bunch of spring onions, chopped

  • Half a bunch of parsley, finely chopped

  • Salt, pepper, cumin (optional)

  • Fresh or canned grape leaves

  • Sütüm Gurme Yoghurt
